This is the long-awaited new art book from the popular illustrator SHEYA, who has 277,000 Twitter followers and 368,000 Weibo followers.
Sheya published her first commercial art book while still an undergraduate student at Tsinghua University’s Academy of Fine Arts
This publication is based on her graduation project in June of this year, and is a compilation of newly written story illustrations.
The theme of this work is from the artist’s childhood and the scenery of Beijing, where he spent his college years. The magazine also features scenes from the artist’s neighborhood and nostalgic memories of her actual childhood in the illustrations, making the book so moving that you can see a part of the trajectory of sheya’s life.
*About the pre-order bonus*.
We also have a special gift for our Japanese fans this time.
The “windmill,” a traditional Chinese toy with a history of more than several hundred years that appears in the cover illustration, is another item that made a strong impression on Sheya during her childhood. We wanted to share this feeling with our readers, so we have made the “Windmill Wheel” a pre-order bonus.
