We will manually check with our supplier or stores if the item is available. For order form inquiries, we will provide the price quote, minimum downpayment, and ETA to PH via email.

Payment

Once we confirm that your item is available with our suppliers, we will then ask for the minimum downpayment to be paid via our payment channels (details will be provided during this email).

Full payment is also accepted and appreciated

Final order processing

Payment deadline is within three (3) days after you receive our payment request. Orders will be secured after we receive your DP

Another email will be sent to notify that your order is 100% secured from our supplier

Wait for the order to arrive

Now we wait for the arrival of your order from JP store to our JP Warehouse, then from JP warehouse to our PH residence.

Our estimated time of arrival (ETA) is around 4-8 weeks.

We will also ask for the remaining balance to be paid immediately. Delivery or pick-up can be arrange once the balance is settled

  • Orders without full payment or deposit are not secured. Nonpayment after multiple checkout attempts will result in account and service ban.
  • Please understand that we operate manually and may take some time to send email confirmations. We typically confirm within 1-2 days, so kindly allow 3-4 days before requesting a follow-up.
  • Orders are shipped locally within Japan (from store to our warehouse) and then from Japan (warehouse) to the Philippines (our address) via a courier. Delivery may take a while, especially for pre-orders. Consider release dates when placing your order.
  • Rush orders for “pre-order” items are not accommodated. Overseas shipments are done in batches, usually twice a month or until our parcel weight quota is reached. Our service combines multiple customers’ orders (Pasabuy).
  • Our standard Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is 4-8 weeks. Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, pandemic lockdowns, or holidays may cause delays in parcel delivery.
  • Holding period for arrived items is one week. Extension is possible upon request, with the remaining balance still required. If no communication occurs after 20 days, we reserve the right to resell your pre-ordered item without refunding the deposit.

  • Our website do not operate like Amazon PRIME. We do everything manually with only 2 staff. It may take a couple of days for our transaction to finish so please be patient with us

For PRE-ORDER items, the shop or manufacturer may delay release dates at their discretion.

We do not cancel orders for delays beyond our control.

The downpayment is only partial, but ALL pre-orders are fully paid in advance, and we cannot refund payments already made to merchants.

Kindly respect our time and effort in maintaining our small business as much as we value your interest as our customer.
Repeated cancellation of order will result to account and service ban.

  • Paid orders cannot be cancelled and deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances
  • For PRE-ORDERs, we may be able to refund only if the source merchant itself cancelled the order
  • We do not accept returns after we have shipped your order. We absolutely cannot accept returns per customer’s personal reasons, ie change of mind, loss of interest, etc 
  • For damages incurred due to shipping, we will try to provide compensation on a case-to-case basis. Rest assured that we pack orders as securely as possible to avoid any damages during delivery
  • For damages incurred during instances beyond our control (extreme weather condition, courier accidents and such, etc), unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or compensation. We will assist in claiming insurance from the courier instead
