Paypal fee will be shouldered by the customer and the payment process should be done via “Send money to friends and family” (through this method, you’ll have an option to Paypal pay the fee on your end so we will receive the full amount due for your order)
We don’t have an installment plan. All pre-orders must have a deposit to process and their balances settled within 1 week when the item arrives here in PH
Yes, we can arrange a meet-up inside the event hall or outside the venue for you to pay your remaining balance and pick-up your order.

Generally yes, depending on our availability and as long as it’s not super rushed, ie “the next 15 minutes” or the likes.
We also join local conventions like the ones organized by Cosplay Mania, during this time we are not available to ship anything.
Overseas shipping from Japan to the Philippines is included in our price
Local delivery fee from our residence to your house is NOT included in our price
Cancellation and Returns
We do not process transferring pre-order slots.
However, you can personally process it on your own with the person who will take over the order. The down payment paid you paid to us will still stand and cannot be refunded, you are free to ask the other person to pay it back to you.
We’re open to provide some form of compensation for orders damaged during shipping. It would be better for us to discuss an alternative solution to this issue than accept returns, as the item can be damaged again during the shipping back to us (especially for provincial addresses)
We do our best to pack orders as secure as possible so they won’t be damaged during shipping. Per our business standard, we’re more than willing to spend more on packaging materials to protect your order and to avoid any dispute related to damaged goods.

For the items already listed on our website and price quotes for special orders, all fees are already included except local shipping fee. This refers to the item price, JP local and Jp-to-PH shipping fee, JP service fee, and our local commission.
Local shipping fee will be quoted once your item arrives from JP to PH and ready for delivery / pick-up
